After researching opportunities to go into business for themselves, husband and wife Nathan & Crystal discovered an opportunity to join the ranks of the Nation's longest operating Healthcare franchise network, Interim HealthCare. When they learned they could establish an office in their community, it wasn't long before the Barr’s opened their doors as the proud owners of Interim HealthCare of Saint Louis.
Nathan & Crystal consider it a blessing and honor to be part of their community as small business owners. But beyond the numbers, they hold that Interim HealthCare of Saint Louis County will only be as successful as their ability to understand and engage both clients and employees in ways that are personally meaningful.
"I can clearly see where the practice of establishing dividing lines between business and personal matters is advisable. But when reflecting upon our own lives and what brought us to this place of becoming small business owners, Crystal and I found that whether private or professional, we have been most fulfilled when we are able to understand and assist people at their very deepest level of personal need. For us, our business is personal," - Nathan Barr
